"I keep getting Shipping Updates that say “On The Way.” I placed this order on 12/26/21, the day after Christmas & it’s now 2 weeks later & still my MacKenzie-Child’s items have not arrived. Also, I get occasional “Delivery Date Updates” that have moved from day to day constantly, but no where do the Tracking Notices for my 2 items ever say “Out for Delivery,” as you would expect something that was supposed to be delivered first this past Saturday, then Monday & now Tuesday (tomorrow)! I’m quickly losing faith in this company!
They broke up my order into 2 Shipments & I would paste the Shipment #s here, but I think if I back out of my message to retrieve those Shipping #s, this message I’m typing will disappear. But YOU should be able to find them. One Shipment has 2 M-C Ribbon & Dot Bath Sheets & the other Shipment has 1 Liquid Soap/Lotion Dispenser in the same pattern.

Please do get back to me ASAP & let me know what the heck is going on with this order. I don’t believe the problem lays with Fed-Ex, but with your store. This is some of the slowest Domestic Purchase Shipment I have ever experienced & I will not be purchasing from this store ever again!
